Audition Instructions for videos.
2023-2024 Season

We continue to have rolling auditions. Audition videos for the remainder of the 23-24 Season are due January 5th for priority admission. However, we will continue accepting auditions depending on our needs as the season goes on.

TO PREPARE YOUR AUDITION (CLICK HERE FOR AUDITION MATERIAL)

  1. Video your audition material (cellphone videos are perfectly fine).

    • State your full name “Hi, My name is …”

    • State your scale(s); example: “3 octave A Major scale.” Perform your scale(s)

    • State your solo piece with full title, name of composer, movement; example: “I will play Violin Concerto in G by Felix Mendelssohn – 3rd movement.” Perform solo.

  2. Upload your “unlisted” audition excerpts to YouTube

  3. Pay the application fee

(Payments through Neon pay include a 3.5% + $0.20 per transaction convenience fees)

4. Fill out the application form (Copy and paste YouTube links to application form).

5. Results will be announced by January 6th (or before), 2024.

PS – As long as you upload your excerpts as “unlisted,” only adjudicators will see your video.

WHEN WILL I FIND OUT MY PLACEMENT?

If you submit your audition videos by January 5th, you will hear back from us by January 6th, 2024.
